A visual arts exhibition as a tribute to raise an awareness about women in arts, how anyone who identifies as a female is portrayed through visual arts. Exhibition empowers and encourages femininity through an arts perspective, and celebrates the importance of art as a tool of expression. In collaboration with 20 local artists, DMU students and creatives from Leicester and beyond.

An event for the Cultural Exchanges festival
Fri 3 March, 6-8pm, Women in arts panel discussion. As a part of the exhibition there will be panel discussion on 3 March, as a closing event with guest speakers from the arts field to explore the evolving role of an artist in this ever-changing world, and gender and its influence on art.
